Inspired to create a "living space" within the heart of Salt Lake City, this $220 million mixed-use development offers retail, movie theaters, dining, hotel, and residential space. The building rises as a rectangular glass structure with a terraced interior, allowing for an open, voluminous environment. The interior features the most technologically advanced intelligent glass displays that visitors may interact with using Bluetooth technology to retrieve information regarding the venue and its events, for which we have chosen a flower theme.
