ARCADD’s team prides itself on hands-on experience and for direct participation in every phase of the design and/or construction efforts. Our policy is to participate and directly interact with the owner and the project engineers throughout the project lifespan. We restrict the number of projects that we work on so that such participation at the very highest level is possible.

ARCADD has developed considerable experience in the incorporation of Green Building Technologies, such as Fuel Cells to produce building power, Geothermal Systems using underground water as a heat source, Windmill Generators, and Photo-voltaic Panel Systems to produce auxiliary power. ARCADD has submitted designs for projects with Green Construction specifications, where recycled materials and environmentally friendly designs were used. ARCADD also designs its buildings with the most efficient lighting systems, and selects its window and exterior materials to be environmentally friendly. ARCADD is familiar with LEED certification, and all of our designs are ADA compliant.

Our design team is highly experienced in dealing with everyday realities including implementation of construction, code interpretation, and quality control.
