We envision the $114 million Performing Arts and Conference Center (PACC) to be a place where people can attend events in performing, visual, and culinary arts, as well as create their own art in areas such as theater, dance, music, painting and sculpture, and learn how to cook and present a meal. In addition, the center will house a conferencing facility, a 4-star 250 room hotel, and outdoor public space to be enjoyed by visitors.
